Description
We will provide a nurse to check on a loved one who lives alone, with others or in an institution such as a Nursing Home if you are concerned about your loved one’s well being. We do an independent health assessment/welfare check for you. We will assess mental and physical health, safety, and general well being and report our findings back to you. If we believe there is a reason for concern we will notify you right away. Emergency services could be notified if appropriate.
This service is especially helpful for family members who live out of state or who are unable to visit their loved ones on a regular basis.
